Property Taxes

NOTE: We anticipate that the 2018 tax rate will be available no earlier than the second half of August.  After we receive the extended tax duplicate, the third quarter 2018 taxes will then be available to view from the Property Tax Lookup.  The grace period to pay without penalty will be pushed back a minimum of 25 days from the tax bill mailing date.  Once we establish the mailing date, we will set the new grace period and post it on the tax bill and on the web site.

Note: We will accept any payments that you want to give us.  We cannot advise you as to whether the amounts are deductible.  Please consult your tax advisor.

Property taxes are due annually on the following dates:

  • 1st Quarter – February 1st
  • 2nd Quarter – May 1st
  • 3rd Quarter – August 1st
  • 4th Quarter – November 1st

The grace period for 2017 3rd Quarter Taxes was extended until close of business on September 8, 2017, the grace period for 2017 4th Quarter Taxes was extended until close of business on November 13, 2017, and the grace period for 1st Quarter 2018 property taxes was extended until close of business Monday, February 12, 2018.
