2020 Second Quarter Property Taxes

Please be advised that 2020 2nd quarter property taxes may be paid without penalty until close of business (4:00pm) on Monday, June 1, 2020.  Until further notice, the tax window will be open to accomodate taxpayers making cash payments ONLY, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 2:00pm.  Only one person will be allowed in the building at a time, and we advise that anyone entering the building should wear a protective mask.  Taxpayers paying by check must either mail their payment to the attention of the Tax Collector's Office or leave the payment at the drop box located in the Park Street entrance of the Municipal Building.  Additional information may be found below.

After the grace period, interest on Delinquencies will be calculated from the Legal Due Date of May 1.  Thereafter 8% interest is calculated on the first $1500 owed, 18% on balance from due date.

If you do not know what your property taxes are for the quarter, use the Property Tax Lookup or contact the Tax Collector’s office at the Municipal Building.

Payments may also be made online by credit card or by checking account. Please be advised that online payments will be subject to additional, non-refundable fees.

Tax payments may be submitted into a mail box (pictured below) located next to the police records window inside the Park Street entrance of the Municipal Building and accessible 24/7 (checks only, please do not leave cash in the mailbox).  In lieu of evening hours for receiving taxes at the payment window, residents may leave payments in the mail box.  If you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with the payment.
