2019 Fourth Quarter Property Taxes

Please be advised that 2019 4th quarter property taxes may be paid without penalty until close of business (4:00pm) on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.  The tax office will not be open late to receive payments.  The Municipal Building will be closed for Veteran's Day, Monday, November 11th.

After the grace period, interest on Delinquencies will be calculated from the Legal Due Date of November 1.  Thereafter 8% interest is calculated on the first $1500 owed, 18% on balance from due date.

If you do not know what your property taxes are for the quarter, use the Property Tax Lookup or contact the Tax Collector’s office at the Municipal Building.

Payment for property taxes may be submitted in person or mailed to the Municipal Building to the attention of the Tax Collector’s Office. Payments may be made by cash (in person at the Municipal Building only) or by check. Payments may also be made online by credit card or by checking account. Please be advised that online payments will be subject to additional fees.

Tax payments may also be submitted into a mail box (pictured below) located next to the police records window inside the Park Street entrance of the Municipal Building and accessible 24/7 (checks only, please do not leave cash in the mailbox).  In lieu of evening hours for receiving taxes at the payment window, residents may leave payments in the mail box.  If you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with the payment.
