Mayor's Wellness Campaign Programs
Based on feedback from our community survey, we're excited to offer these free fitness programs as part of the Mayor's Wellness Campaign. These classes were the most requested by Ridgefield Park residents, and we've scheduled them at the times that work best for those who expressed interest.
As we continue rolling out more programs and workshops throughout the year, we're committed to meeting the needs of all residents. We'll be mindful of timing, accessibility, interests, and other factors that help ensure everyone in our community can participate.
We'd love to hear from you! Have an idea for a program you'd like to see? Interested in volunteering to help bring more wellness opportunities to our neighbors? Reach out to us at mwc@ridgefieldpark.org. Your involvement helps us expand what we can offer the community.
All classes are free, welcoming to all fitness levels and ages, and led by experienced instructors. Registration is required as space is limited.
