NEW Mayor's Wellness Campaign Program: Mindset & Meditation Workshop

Learn practical tools for mental clarity and stress relief in this interactive workshop led by Blake Guss. This isn't just closed-eye meditation—we'll use journaling prompts, mindset exercises, and guided meditation to help you feel calmer and more grounded.

What to expect:

  • Guided journaling for clarity and self-awareness
  • Simple mindset tools you can use in everyday life
  • Techniques to let go of stress, overthinking, and emotional heaviness
  • Calming guided meditation to feel grounded and refreshed
  • Supportive space for connection and personal growth

What you'll gain:

Location: Civic Center (upstairs)

Cost: FREE for Ridgefield Park residents

What to bring: Notebook or journal, pen, water, comfortable clothes
