Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission serves as the health department for 15 municipalities in Bergen County, contracting with New Jersey state and county organizations to provide comprehensive care to all our residents.
Our mission has been to provide our towns with public and environmental health services and education through integrated community health programming — saving taxpayer dollars, improving access to essential services, and promoting the wellbeing of generations to come.

Our services do not include house calls or in-home services at this time.
We also do not provide direct care for seniors, but our team is happy to provide resources for care management organizations, although we do not have case managers on staff.
