Everyone did such a great job, it gets more difficult for the judges each year! Each and every one is a masterpiece in its own right and the amount of time and effort that went into planning and creating them is quite extraordinary... It took the judges a very long time to come up with a winner and runner-up and it was quite difficult. Happy Halloween!
