NEWS October 31, 2009: Halloween Display Contest Winners 2009 Halloween Display Contest Winners 3rd Annual! Thank you to everyone who entered our 3rd Annual Halloween Contest! Each and every one is a masterpiece in its own right and the amount of time and effort that went into planning and creating them is quite extraordinary... It took the judges a very long time to come up with a winner and runner-up and it was quite difficult. I've taken photos but they don't do the homes justice, it's best to view them in person and at night.
