NEWS Nov 1, 2008: Halloween Display Winners 2008 Halloween Display Winners 2nd Annual! Thank you to everyone who entered our 2nd Annual Halloween Contest! Each and every one is a masterpiece in its own right and the amount of time and effort that went into planning and creating them is quite extraordinary... It took the judges a very long time to come up with a winner and runner-up and it was quite difficult. I've taken photos but they don't do the homes justice, it's best to view them in person and at night.
