The Activity Center provides exercise everyday, including line dancing. There are educational, heath and legal speakers. Continental breakfast and lunch are served daily with a suggested small donation. A weekly food shopping trip and a monthly trip to the mall are also available, as well as bingo. The County provides transportation to the Center if needed. All residents of Bergen County who are 60 and older - as well as their spouses, regardless of their age, are welcome to socialize, learn and maintain good health.
